My Approach

You’ve hurt long enough. Now it’s time to let go.

How many sessions does ART take?

ART typically takes 1–5 sessions to complete a “target.”

A target is the specific memory, image, trigger, or body sensation we choose to focus on. Sometimes the target is the entire problem that is keeping you stuck — sometimes it is a layer. The target is the place your nervous system keeps returning to—the scene, sensation, or moment that still has charge. By targeting this place we change your nervous system patterns.

Many clients notice relief after the first session — especially in how “charged” a memory feels, how reactive their body gets, or how quickly they spiral afterward.

If you have layered trauma, long-term relational injury, or autistic burnout, you may still move quickly and need additional integration support. We’ll be honest together about what your system needs.

Targets can be things like:

  • That image that flashes up when you try to fall asleep

  • The moment you realised you weren’t safe / weren’t believed

  • The feeling in your chest that shows up right before you people-please

  • A specific relationship trigger—tone, look, silence—that sends you into a spiral

  • A memory that still feels present in your body

Client Reviews

“By the middle of the ART session I thought we were done because I was already seeing positive results, and the best hadn’t even arrived yet. So, I would say ART itself exceeded my expectations.”

--FI, former ART client

“Maverick is a professional and they care a lot about what they do, so I knew they would give it their all. And I sought it out because I was told it was very good, and I was not disappointed.”

— GL, former ART client

“I never thought I could reframe the powerfully negative images and experiences of my life. I thought they’d have a grip on me forever. But ART changed that.”

— TR, former ART client

Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional.

This has never been more clear than with Accelerated Resolution Therapy.

Items on the table include a small black bowl with a spoon, a white marble tray, and a white spherical object with gold accents. A black sofa and a white door are in the background.

What to expect

01 Assessment Call

Reach out and schedule 45-60 minute assessment call where we will identify your target problem and schedule your ART session.

02 Transformation

75-120 minute ART session where we use guided eye movements combined with multiple therapeutic approaches to release what’s been holding you back or keeping you stuck. We follow the nervous system’s shift as the charge of your memories decrease and we help your brain “file” the material differently — so it stops hijacking your present. You may never see your painful memories the same way, again!

03 Follow Up

We schedule a 30-minute follow up phone call two weeks out from your session.

ART can be a fit if you’re navigating:

trauma (including sexual trauma)

grief that feels stuck in the body

anxiety and depression that don’t shift through insight alone

rejection sensitive dysphoria (RSD)

codependency and relationship triggers

self-doubt, self-distrust, and second-guessing your reality

unmasking and learning how to stay with yourself in relationships

autistic burnout and the cumulative cost of masking

Let go of memories, pain, and patterns that have been keeping you stuck.
