Sound like you?

You are so exhausted you’ve lost the language for how much it hurts — and the world still expects you to perform.

  • The harder you try, the worse you feel. Now your body won’t co-operate and you can’t push through the way you used to.

Even your bones feel tired and you’re so exhausted that you’ve lost the language for how much it hurts.

Yet the world still expects you to perform, and in the back of your mind a quiet thought whispers: “what if this is my new normal?”

  • You keep things steady — even while unraveling inside. You built safety by managing everything: your emotions, your relationships, your reactions.

You learned how to pass, to fit, to stay composed.

And it worked — until it didn’t.

Frequently asked questions —

  • Burnout isn’t just exhaustion. It’s your body and brain saying, “We can’t sustain this pace anymore.” You might notice brain fog, emotional flatness, or physical symptoms like fatigue or pain. For Autistic people, it often shows up as shutdown, sensory overwhelm, or a sudden loss of skills.

  • Because you’ve usually been masking for years (an experience that looks different for each Autistic person) — working twice as hard to appear “fine” and fit in. That constant system override drains the nervous system faster. Since Autistic people often struggle with interoception (receiving and interpreting internal body cues) and alexithymia (difficulty expressing, identifying, and understanding emotions), we often don’t realise we are over-riding our body’s capacity signals.

  • You can absolutely recover. Burnout recovery is about unlearning over-adaptation — reconnecting to your body, your energy, and your authentic rhythms. It takes intention and structure, not endless effort.

  • Because rest isn’t the same as repair. True recovery requires addressing the emotional and physiological roots of burnout — perfectionism, hypervigilance, masking, and nervous system depletion. Intensives help you restore that alignment faster by unearthing the root cause and working with it.

  • We get to the origin of your exhaustion — not just the symptoms. Through trauma-informed, somatic, and accelerated methods, we reset your nervous system, integrate the parts that have been working overtime, and teach your body what calm actually feels like again.

Change is possible.
