Burnout isn’t failure— it’s your body’s signal that it’s time to return to yourself.

WHAT THEY SEE

You’ve built a life around competence. People rely on your steadiness — the quick thinking, the sharp attention to detail, the ability to hold it all together when everyone else unravels. From the outside, you look like you’re thriving: organised, articulate, endlessly capable. People see calm competence. They don’t see the calculations running in the background, the constant self-monitoring, the quiet exhaustion of having to keep it all seamless. To others, you are the definition of success: capable, composed, unshakable.

WHAT YOU FEEL

Beneath that success is exhaustion. Where they see thriving, you feel surviving. You move through the day in a haze — heavy body, scattered mind, speech coming slower than your thoughts. Even rest doesn’t feel restful. The late Autism diagnosis gave context, but it didn’t give relief. It explained the “why” — but not “what now.” You’ve tried to talk it out, but most people, even therapists, can’t follow the layers. You end up educating them instead of being understood and guided.

Burnout isn’t weakness — it’s your body’s way of saying the old strategies don’t work anymore. You’ve spent a lifetime adapting and overcompensating to survive in systems that weren’t built for your brain. When you learn how your unique brain-body actually works, you can stop fighting your nature and start building a life that moves with your rhythm — one that restores your focus, energy, and sense of aliveness.

WHAT IS POSSIBLE

A white textured sofa with two throw pillows, one fluffy white and one round, pleated, rust-colored. A glass-topped side table with a vase of bare branches, and a wooden coffee table with books and a small pink vase. A large plant in a pot is in the background. The room has a white wall and light-colored curtains.

You’re worth the investment.

Burnout & Overwork

You’ve been running on brilliance and adrenaline for years — until the system started to stutter. What once felt like drive now feels like depletion. Even your strengths are tired.

Disconnection & Numbness

You’ve mastered fitting in, but it’s come at the cost of feeling at home. You feel distant, flat, or invisible, even around people you love. Connection takes effort, and silence feels both comforting and lonely.

Patterns on Repeat

You recognise the cycle as it’s happening — overfunctioning, control, and withdrawal keep returning no matter how much you achieve. You notice yourself becoming shorter with the people you love, harder to reach, less patient — and still, it feels impossible to do anything differently.

Traditional therapy wasn’t built for Autistic brain-bodies — it’s often where frustration begins instead of healing. Weekly sessions have you recapping each week, verbally processing, and not gaining much traction into the root cause of burnout or a deeply integrated sense of self with Autism in the picture. Maybe you’ve tried some ChatGPT conversations, but something about them just fell flat.

Accelerated. Curated. Private. Deep Work. Bespoke.

When weekly sessions aren’t enough to create the change you’re ready for and you need momentum now, intensives are the perfect fit.

Over the days we spend together, I draw from a range of approaches and modalities to help you reconnect to your brilliance and address the challenges keeping you stuck.

You’ll leave feeling lighter and easier to breathe — reconnected to the strength, clarity, and energy you thought you lost.

Intensives fill the space traditional therapy leaves — between talking about change and actually living it.

  • Release and metabolise burnout — instead of just managing it

  • Leave with practical tools to keep the change alive.

  • Design daily rhythms that honor your natural energy instead of forcing you to override it.

  • Trace burnout to its emotional root — integrating the parts of you that have long been unseen or unheard, running on survival

  • Re-connect to your inner genius – the place where clarity and power live in harmony.

  • Reclaim your energy and lead from wholeness

  • Unravel the patterns that hold you back and feed the burnout

  • Continue your legacy of success without self-sacrifice

  • Identify subtle body cues before they become symptoms of burnout

Real people. Real Change.

What people are saying

“I was very skeptical and unsure of the "science" behind this therapy. After only 1 session of ART, I was actually in disbelief about the way I was feeling. Going home from the session, I could only describe to my husband that I felt inexplicably "lighter, as if a huge burden had been lifted from me. In subsequent days, I am rejoicing in my new found energy, much better sleep, improved memory and major decreases in my anxiety and racing thoughts.” -Serena S., RN From the ART Testimonial Webpage

You’ve helped me realise a lot about myself and get a lot more in touch with my inner child which I deeply appreciate.” -C., trauma survivour

“I consistently am feeling much lighter about my accident, and I haven’t had any big pain flares that have impacted my daily life.” -P., vehicular accident survivour

I work with late-in-life identified Autistics to metabolise burnout and reclaim focus, energy, and connection. I know what it’s like to be diagnosed later-in-life in the middle of burnout and fearing the worst. My systemising skills, that airtight memory – what if it was lost forever? That experience became my catalyst – the moment that propelled me into this work. Traditional therapy wasn’t designed with Autistic people in mind, and so I’ve re-engineered the process to suit our unique brain-bodies.

Intensives are a structured, methodical process that help you identify patterns, shift them, and sustain lasting change. I curate a safe and intentional start-to-finish transformational journey for people who want to understand strength and power on a deeper layer. You’ll experience a blend of trauma-informed therapy, experiential work, and guided integration designed specifically for your needs.

FAQS

  • If you’re ready for change and don’t want to spend months talking in circles, intensives are for you. They’re designed for people who are self-aware, motivated, and ready to address what’s keeping them stuck — especially burnout, relational patterns, or the impact of a late Autism diagnosis.

  • Each day combines Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), somatic work, guided embodiment, and rest breaks. We’ll alternate between deep processing and grounding — moving at the pace your nervous system can handle. You’ll leave with a clear integration plan and tools to continue the work.

  • Absolutely. Everything shared in an intensive is held with the same confidentiality as traditional therapy. Your privacy is protected by law and by my professional ethics. I value your privacy deeply, and nothing is shared unless you direct it with written consent.

  • Intensives are not covered by insurance. They’re a specialized, accelerated service designed to produce lasting results. Many clients choose to invest in intensives because they save months (and often years) of traditional therapy costs. This also allows for complete confidentiality.

  • After booking, you'll receive a short reflection guide and logistics checklist to help you arrive mentally and emotionally ready.

  • Openings vary, but most clients can book within 4-6 weeks.

  • That’s exactly why I offer intensives. Weekly therapy often runs out of time just as you’re getting to the root. Intensives create the space for you to actually complete the process and leave with tangible results and a plan for integration.
